The module Microsoft Operations Framework Foundation (MOFF) offers an introduction to the IT Service Operations Management based on the MOF pocket guide and deals with the essential elements and concepts of MOF and their mutual relationships. MOF Foundation elaborates on the subjects in the IT Service Management Foundation module (based on ITIL®) and is an interesting complement to the IT Service Management Foundation. The module addresses especially the added value of IT Service Operations Management in respect to the IT Service Management Foundation module.
MOFF is bedoeld voor systeembeheerders in een Microsoft-omgeving.
Enige kennis van ITIL op het niveau van ITIL Foundation.
